March 21 – “War in the 2020s”: What can we learn from Ukraine? – now with podcast recording

Monday 21st March 6.30 p.m – King’s College London

For their next “War in the 2020s” event, PS21 and KCL War Studies Society will examine the current situation in Ukraine.

The first months of 2022 have seen the spectre of modern war return to Europe in Ukraine, a potentially devastating mix of superpower tensions, heavy weaponry, cyber, hybrid and information warfare.

In the latest in our ‘War on the 2020s’ series, PS21’s panel will be looking at how we got here, what comes next and what lessons that might bring.

Panelists include:

Peter Apps (moderator) – Reuters columnist, PS21 founder.

Anastasia Soroka – Ukranian journalist, BBC

Rasmus Nilsson – Lecturer, School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies, UCL
